Customer Content and AI Outputs
As between you and Inwire, you retain rights in Customer Content you submit to the services. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, unsafe, similar to outputs generated for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for evaluating outputs and for human review where appropriate, especially for high-risk, regulated, safety-critical, medical, legal, financial, employment, housing, education, or similarly significant uses.
Inference Data Commitments
Unless a written agreement or customer configuration says otherwise, Inwire does not train or fine-tune models on Customer Content by default and does not persistently store prompts or outputs for standard inference by default. Operational metadata may be retained for billing, reliability, security, abuse prevention, debugging, and platform operations.
