• Roles of the parties, including controller/business and processor/service provider responsibilities.
• Processing instructions, confidentiality, security safeguards, and access controls.
• Subprocessor authorization, notice, objection process, and flow-down obligations.
• Assistance with privacy rights, security incidents, audits, assessments, and deletion or return of data.
• International transfer safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and UK transfer mechanisms where required.
• Customer configuration for logging, retention, regions, integrations, and AI inference data handling.
